Refund / Cancellation / Return Policy

At Rawleaf Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness consumable products, we follow a strict and transparent refund, cancellation, and return policy as outlined below.

By placing an order on www.rawleafs.in, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

 

a) Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at rawleafcare@gmail.com or 9038152100.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation may be approved.

 

b) Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

 

2. Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns associated with consumable wellness products:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction with results

    • Taste, smell, or personal preference

 

3. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is leaking

  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

 

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Rawleaf Naturals reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any return or replacement.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after verification and approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time:

    • 5–7 working days after approval (depending on bank/payment provider)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders, if approved, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details from the customer.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery

  • Results not meeting personal expectations

 

6. Shipping Damage Responsibility

  • Rawleaf Naturals uses trusted logistics partners (Delhivery and India Post).

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

 

7. Force Majeure

Rawleaf Naturals shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruptions.

 

8. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
